Your data will only remain on our secure email servers. We will not transfer your data into our church directory without your explicit consent, as explained below.

Once you agree to have your data in our church directory, your data will be accessible to the following persons:
Other church members (people who are members of our church, not including the wider congregation)
If you are part of our wider congregation and choose to share your data with us, it will only be accessible by the Church office administrators as listed below

ChurchSuite
ChurchSuite is an online third-party, data management system allowing us to safely and easily store your data. They are fully GDPR compliant and trusted amongst churches throughout the UK. You can find out more information by viewing their website. Sharing your data with us via ChurchSuite means the members and officers of Colchester Baptist Church could have access to your name, telephone number, email address and physical address — you choose what you wish to share. Please note that the wider congregation (i.e. those who are not members of Colchester Baptist Church) will not be able to see information belonging to members. We will store your information until you no longer wish us to have access to it.
